Now that you are enjoying a very beautiful place in your mind, what I'll like for you to do is focus, for a few moments, on your body.  Let's blend it with the energy of the earth - through this simple exercise.

Take a deep breath, let it out slowly and relax.  Good.  Now I'll like for you to continue taking slow deep breaths, slow deep breaths... with every breath that you take, with every beat of your heart... you'll feel more comfortable, more centred, more relaxed.

Feel the energy from the breath that you take, permeating throughout your body.  Breathe into your chest - and feeling your abdomen expand - and then releasing it.  Good.  Now I would like for you to imagine that with every breath that you take, with every beat of your heart, that the energy that you're breathing in is a warm, bright light... every time that you breathe this pure light of energy...

Spiritual energy is now cleansing you.  With every breath that you take... with every beat of your heart you breathe in energy that is cleansing you, and exhale any stress... anything negative, any toxin, that you may have picked up along the way.  The light is cleansing you with every breath.  And expand the breath now to feel as if you’re breathing all the way down to your feet.  Feel as if you're breathing all the way down to your feet.  And you can even feel the energy pulling up, Exhale all tension and stress with each breath you take, allowing yourself to be cleansed of toxins. Rejoice in the feeling of comfort as this process brings blissful relief.

Visualize energy fibres, like optic filaments, extending from your feet and pulsing the power down into the earth. Allow these vibrating energies to ripple outwards in a comforting wave of relaxation as they reach deeper and further with each breath you take. No matter how high above the ground we have reached, these threads can easily slip through and bring power up to you — nearly like fiber optics. Now picture those fibers piercing deep down into the Earth...connecting with every breath as energy ascends within them...permeating your entire being—excellent!

Understand that whatever is taken from this planet must be reciprocated in order to maintain a healthy balance between both parties.
