The Number One Self-Hypnosis Technique to Bring Calm to Your Mind and Body

I’m pretty sure you’re ready to discover the incredible medical hypnosis technique that can help  you overcome your overwhelm, calm the crazy spiral of negative thoughts and tap into your true potential using the power of hypnosis. After all, that’s exactly what you deserve.

And the wonderful thing is, absolutely anyone can master self-hypnosis and use it to transform their mental state and take control of their minds, in order to instantly focus and enjoy a deep sense of peace and calm.

Ok, without further ado, here’s my number one medical hypnosis technique to put you in the driving seat of your own mind…

Begin by finding a spot on the ceiling and focusing your eyes on this spot. As you focus your attention, notice that your eyes are becoming very tired. The more you focus, the more tired your eyes become.

After a few seconds, begin to count slowly backward from 5. Let’s do it together…

5…you can feel your eyelids getting heavier…4…each time you blink, your eyelids want to stay closed…3…your eyes are now so heavy that it’s almost impossible to keep them open…2…your vision is becoming blurred…1…now close your eyes.

Once your eyes are closed, begin to focus your attention on the muscles around your eyes. Feel them relax and soften. Imagine every cell in your face becoming more and more relaxed. Blissful, relaxing cells.

That warm feeling of relaxation begins to spread now, moving over the top of your head, around your ears, all the way down the back of your neck and into your throat. By now, your entire head and neck are totally relaxed.

Let this feeling of relaxation spread down into the lower part of your body. Your shoulders, your chest, your abdomen, down into your legs, even your internal organs. Every cell is in a state of harmony and peace. Take your time and give every body part permission to fully relax.

This process can take around 7 to 10 minutes, but just let it flow naturally and take as much time as you need. Once your entire body is relaxed, picture yourself walking on a beautiful beach - a tropical paradise where the sand is soft, the air is sweet and the only sound is the gentle lapping of the water.

Imagine that each step you take brings you into a deeper and deeper state of relaxation. As you walk, every step makes you feel more and more peaceful. As you relax further and let go of everything else, begin to count backwards from 100 in your mind.

Time your steps to the count, allowing yourself to let go a little more with each step and each count. Somewhere around the count of 80, you should be in a deep state of hypnosis.

And that’s it - the secret to self-hypnosis that’s so much easier than you probably thought! Why not give it a try yourself? Simply find a comfortable spot and get ready to embrace a blissful sense of calm.
